CARPA provides health information and resources — we’re not a health service and can’t provide medical advice, diagnoses, or referrals.
If you’re looking for help with a specific health situation, we’d encourage you to contact:
- Your GP for medical advice and referrals
- Healthdirect (1800 022 222) for 24/7 health information
- Lifeline (13 11 14) if you’re in crisis or need immediate mental health support
- Your state’s Patient Assisted Travel Scheme for help with travel subsidies — details in our [PATS guide]
If you’re a health practitioner with a question about rural practice, professional development, or resources for your patients, we’re happy to point you in the right direction where we can.
